• Guarantee/Bond: A backup measure to cover potential minor damages, traffic fines, or additional charges during the rental period.

• The company reserves the right to deny service if the customer does not meet the rental requirements.

  No. Our cars cannot leave the U.S. or come near the borders with Mexico or Canada. The vehicles are equipped with GPS trackers, and violating this rule may result in contract cancellation and loss of the security deposit.

  No. We only operate in Texas, so the car must be returned in the same location it was delivered.

• What type of fuel should I use?
  High-octane fuel should be used. It’s recommended to keep fuel receipts. The fuel level should not drop below 1/4 tank, as this may cause mechanical issues and additional costs.

• What should I consider when returning the car?
  To ensure a smooth return, please follow these guidelines:

  • Return the car clean and in the same condition as when it was received.

  • Return the car with the same amount of fuel.

  • Be punctual with the return time.

  • Do not leave personal items in the vehicle.

  • No smoking inside the car (cleaning fees will apply if this rule is violated).
